I had E Dake come out to assist with a leaking ac drip pan. Mike K was my technician and was above and beyond helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the issue quickly and told me what to do to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'll be going to them from now on with any issues HVAC or plumbing. Mike K was the real deal. Highly recommended 👌🏼

We have used E. Dake a few times for plumbing-related issues. The work has been excellent, the plumbers have been very nice, and the cost for the services has been reasonable.

Living in an older condo unit, it took some time to figure out water shutoffs in the development. E. Dake was patient with the process and needed to make more than one visit to be able to do the work. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. I will use their business again if needed.

After getting no response from our previous HVAC company, we called E. Dake on the recommendation from a family member. The call was answered promptly and I was put on a wailist for an appointement. I got a call later that day and Mike was at my house within 20 minutes. He ran some tests and quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace as a bad control board (which is what we suspected). Our furnace is older but still in good working condition and we appreciate that he didn't try to alarm us and tell us that we need a new one. I got a call, the next day, with a quote for the part and installation and was told it might be a week before they could get back out. Lucky for me, they called me the next day to tell me they had an opening and Mike was back to install the board a few hours later. Even with a part mix up and a trip back to the supplier, the board was installed and the furnace was running within an hour. I highly recommend E Dake and will be calling them the next time we need HVAC maintenance.

Mike worked quick and did an excellent job. He was super friendly and I would most certainly recommend him to anyone.

The best at what they do

I cannot recommend E Dakes enough! They always take care of our problems promptly, and efficiently, LOVE THEM! This time our technician was Steven. He is always nice, professional, and does great work! It is nice to have the same servicemen year after year. This is a quality company with a great bunch of employees who go out of their way to provide wonderful service.

They came out and didn't give up and they got my drain cleared out and they're gonna come back in the fall and do some more work for me. They do a good job. They're clean friendly and get the job done

The AC quit at the height of the heat wave on a Saturday. I called expecting to not hear back until at least Monday and to my surprise, I was called back almost immediately and they said Mike K could come out within an hour or so to take a look. Mike did an amazing job and had it cooling back off within minutes, literally. Mike K. is an AC magician! Excellent company, service and employees!

Chris and Jake did an outstanding job of replacing our old water heater in a tight crawl space. They also fixed the leaking gate valve that is the hot water heater supply cutoff. They kept everything neat and clean. When they arrived I had asked them look at the gas line to the oven because the prior install left a four inch gap between the wall and the stove even with the trim piece. I wanted to get a quote on moving the gas line closer to the wall. Before leaving, Chris took one look at it and said he would fix it right now. A few minutes later and they had a ninety degree fitting installed and the unit flush against the wall! Outstanding service from this company. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be calling them in the near future for other projects!

Dan and Heff stopped by to give me a quote to install a water line in the refrigerator cubby of our newly remodeled kitchen. 5 minutes later they offered to do the work right then. The quote was so reasonable that we gave the ok. Literally couldnt have been 30 minutes and they had it done. Valve tucked in neatly so the refrigerator went back flush. I live this companys way of doing business! Outstanding customer service again! I know from personal experience how difficult it is to have that consistency with all touch points in a service related business. These folks do it well! Thanks again for your help!

Not sure if it was Mike H or Mike K. Our AC stopped blowing cold air

Mike came out to do routine maintenance of my 27 y/o air conditioner. He explained everything he was doing and offered some tips to keep it running well. Would highly reccomend him

Dont know if it was Mike H or Mike K. Our AC stopped blowing cold so I called edake and they came right out. The system is only 4 years old and my filter was clean so I was expecting it to be a major leak. Nope! Mike quickly isolated the leak and was able to tighten a fitting and we were up and running! Been over a week and we are still good to go! Not our first outstanding service provided by the E Dake crew and wont be the last! They are taking care of four of my family members homes and all say the same thing Outstanding customer service! Thanks to the whole crew!
