I hired E. Dake plumbing to prepare a space in my master bath for a stackable washer and dryer on the main floor. Steps and going down the basement are fine now but it's just a matter of time when going down and up steps will be difficult. Ed Dake came out to the house and looked at the project. He planned it out for his men led by Matt. Matt and his younger apprentice came out to the house and did the work. Brian, then came out the next two days. All of the men were courteous, conscientious, and cleaned up after themselves each day. E.Dake plumbing had the best price of three other plumbing business. Their services were outstanding. I recommend them to you!

Was Very Pleased! I Called today bc I needed someone to come Liok at my Hotwater Tank. And talked w 2 nice Ladies ph. Deanna- got me a technician to be able come out service my tank. Michael Kacherski ... was very efficient and explained the issue. Fixed it immediately. I truly recommend Michael To others. Thank you Deanna for your help!!

Heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. Work was done well. Glad to have heat again just before another winter storm!

Due to Lake County not fixing or addressing the sewage backup and flooding issues, we consulted with EDake to install a gate valve to stop any chance of sewage back up from coming into our home, with 1 little snag, we can't use water during any possible sewage backup flooding. But I would rather deal with that than have 6 inches of sewage for the 3rd time in less than 2 yrs. This EDake's team came to our house were absolutely respectful, very informative, explained everything they were doing and even found another issue the gas company missed. Matt and his team were awesome. Highly recommend EDake Plumbing.

The service technicians are always very nice! They are so knowledgeable! I feel very comfortable and confident when they come over to do any kind of work for me!

Michael did a great job. Quick and efficient, Our plumbing leak is fixed.

This post shows as drain cleaning but it was the main drain and they had to locate the cleanout and then deal with cold weather. Both were very nice

Michael K. serviced our furnace. He also "blew out" a hose & a pipe that might have been occluded, and did a bit of cleaning in our sump pit. He helped me change the batteries in our thermostat. I didn't even know it had batteries! And he explained how a tankless water heater is superior for a vacation rental. All in all, Michael did a terrific job, and I even learned something!

Needed the zoning valve system updated on my boiler. Discussed options and when with a new boiler and zone valve system. The guy that did the work were courteous and it looks like a work of art. Would recommend this company for their knowledge of heating systems and communication of options available at various price points.

They are the best & I highly recommend them.
