I was Very Pleased and satisfied with the friendy kind Staff at E.Dake LTD! DEANA- Stacy was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with a situation. I was very pleased to have tbe Kind' customer Service well Trained Tech that came to my home to finish the hotwater tank problem Saturday am. Cleaned up very efficient and was the kindest Tech!! Explained everything in detail and very Proffesional and easy to talk with. I Highly Recommend... Jay who came SAT. GIVE HIM A 100%. Re: Routine Maintenance hydro flush sewer line. Communication was great. Dave was wonderful & respectful of our property. They did a thorough job and provided a detailed report. I've been using Dake since 1998 and have never had any problems with the service.

I hired E. Dake plumbing to prepare a space in my master bath for a stackable washer and dryer on the main floor. Steps and going down the basement are fine now but it's just a matter of time when going down and up steps will be difficult. Ed Dake came out to the house and looked at the project. He planned it out for his men led by Matt. Matt and his younger apprentice came out to the house and did the work. Brian, then came out the next two days. All of the men were courteous, conscientious, and cleaned up after themselves each day. E.Dake plumbing had the best price of three other plumbing business. Their services were outstanding. I recommend them to you!

Heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. Work was done well. Glad to have heat again just before another winter storm!

We have been using E. Dake for heating, cooling, & plumbing services for many years. Will always come back and recommend them to family and friends. Major shout out to Mike for always providing top notch customer service. He always takes his time to properly diagnose, preventing unneeded and costly repairs. Mike also always takes the time to thoroughly explain what is wrong and how it will need to be repaired. Thank you for always being there to provide excellent service for our family!

Due to Lake County not fixing or addressing the sewage backup and flooding issues, we consulted with EDake to install a gate valve to stop any chance of sewage back up from coming into our home, with 1 little snag, we can't use water during any possible sewage backup flooding. But I would rather deal with that than have 6 inches of sewage for the 3rd time in less than 2 yrs. This EDake's team came to our house were absolutely respectful, very informative, explained everything they were doing and even found another issue the gas company missed. Matt and his team were awesome. Highly recommend EDake Plumbing.
