Once again, you hit it out of the park! Purchased a new washtower not realizing the install kit wouldnt work for my space. So I called and they fit me in the schedule. Steve and Raylan showed up and quickly discovered the exiting gas valve was original to the home, 40+ years old. They swapped it out and Jacob pulled up with the big truck and they rerouted the line, hooked up the unit, tested everything and they were back on the road before I finished my coffee! Super good time with the guys, they enjoy what they do and It really shows. Cant recommend E.Dake enough. Everyone I have had the pleasure to meet is outstanding! Thanks again for the help!

The technician, Mike, came out on a (hot) Sunday to fix a problem with our A/C. He was, as usual, prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. His knowledge and experience benefited us and speaks very well of the company, E. Dake. They're the best in the area, with fair honest pricing.

Steve was out to do service on heating system. Can't say enough great things about the service! On time, explained everything in detail, how the system operated, and other questions to say the least. Great price !Would definitely recommend E. Dake LTD, Plumbing & Heating!! Thanks Steve!!

I cannot recommend E Dakes enough! They always take care of our problems promptly, and efficiently, LOVE THEM! This time our technician was Steven. He is always nice, professional, and does great work! It is nice to have the same servicemen year after year. This is a quality company with a great bunch of employees who go out of their way to provide wonderful service.

Technicians came with Steve were professional, cooperative and friendly. They replaced my A/C and Heating units with new Carrier systems.

They did their normal awesome job. Jacob helped finish the new Refrigerator connection to our existing copper water line. The retailer who sold us the new refrigerator, delivery and install did the normal thing now, you will need a plumber to finish this. So back to our favorite team to save the day. He also took care of a leaking outdoor faucet which became a replacement. Thankful as it was close to becoming a major one. Again, as always, timely and professional.

Absolutely outstanding service. Our hot water tank developed a leak and we were expecting to be out of hot water for a couple days. E. Dake was able to get our tank replaced within 6 hours, which was beyond expectation. Servicemen were exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, and were very kind to answer all my questions about my almost century home. I look forward to continuing to work with E. Dake as we upgrade our house.

Service 7/15/26 I just love this company. The work is spot on and Steven is amazing nice and personable. I have had 16 yrs of PM work for my furnace and air conditioning system to plumbing for a half bath and unit booster and air return installed. The booster has evened out the temp in our house and has made it so comfortable. Thank you E. Dake!!!
