We have used E. Dake for several services at our home and each time have been happy with the work done, they are professional and tidy with their work. We will plan to continue to use them for any future needs that may arise with our home.

Michael K. serviced our furnace. He also "blew out" a hose & a pipe that might have been occluded, and did a bit of cleaning in our sump pit. He helped me change the batteries in our thermostat. I didn't even know it had batteries! And he explained how a tankless water heater is superior for a vacation rental. All in all, Michael did a terrific job, and I even learned something!

We had a emergency water break..I called and they answered right away. Sent two guys out as soon as possible. Found the problem and fixed it and we had water again. Charged us a fair price and gave us a military discount. I recommend this company..I will call them again when needed.

We were scheduled for a cleaning service today. When we went to turn on the heat for the first time this season it would not work. Mike K came out to do the cleaning and discovered we had a spider nest blocking the gas flow. He fixed the problem and did the cleaning for us. Very professional and pleasant to have in our home. We will continue to use your service work always. Thank you for being a company we feel confident to use and recommend to our friends and family

Michael performed detailed annual service for my furnace and A/C unit. He explained everything in detail, and I can tell he's very expierenced. He cleaned all pieces and parts of both units, checked everything in detail and performed function checks. I feel I received my money's worth of service and then some.
