The team at E. Dake is wonderful! Extremely helpful from the ladies I spoke to on the phone to the gentlemen who came and worked on my water tank. Everyone helped make the process seamless during a stressful moment for me, finding that my water tank was leaking. I appreciate how nice, helpful, and professional everyone was! Michael performed detailed annual service for my furnace and A/C unit. He explained everything in detail, and I can tell he's very expierenced. He cleaned all pieces and parts of both units, checked everything in detail and performed function checks. I feel I received my money's worth of service and then some. In the future I will again call E Dake and I'll request Michael Kachersky return for any furnace or A/C needs I have. Thank you!
